The innovative pharmaceutical technology company castus is a leading global supplier of transfer systems for sterile and rapid loading and unloading of isolators and manufacturer of stopper and cap handling systems.
Our transfer solutions are used in isolators to ensure the sterile production of pharmaceuticals. At our site in Ochsenhausen in southern Germany our main products are developed, produced and assembled - thanks to our approximately 70 employees who support us every day.

With immediate effect
This will make you grow:
- You will independently carry out WIG welding work to the highest quality standards in accordance with drawings.
- You will perform grinding work on welded parts.
- You will commission a welding robot.
- You will program, work with and optimise welding processes on a robot system.
- You will take care of maintenance, servicing and minor repairs on the welding robot and other equipment.
- You will ensure welding quality in accordance with regulated standards and guidelines.
- You will document processes, quality checks and improvement measures.
- You will work with the design department on the development of components.
This will move us forward:
- You have completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification.
- You have completed training as an international welding specialist (IWS).
- Ideally, you have valid welding certificates in WIG welding.
- You have professional experience in a manufacturing company.
- You have good knowledge of welding robots; initial programming experience is an advantage – or a willingness to learn.
- You have a very careful, goal-oriented and team-oriented approach to work, with quick comprehension and a high degree of initiative.
- You are proficient in the common MS Office programmes.
