Daran wirst du wachsen:
- You will be responsible for our CSU product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle and will continue to develop the product roadmap.
- You will translate customer requirements into product specifications and together with the development, quality and manufacturing teams, drive the development of new products and applications.
- You are familiar with the validation status of our CSU products and work with Quality to further develop it.
- You serveas the primary technical point of contact for our customers and support them in applying and integrating CSU into their aseptic production processes.
- You analyze customer feedback and complaints into identify opportunities for product improvements.
- You monitor market trends, the competition and regulatory developments, and support Sales and partners with technical expertise, training and presentations.
- You represent castus CSU at trade shows, with customers and in live demonstrations.
Damit bringst du uns voran:
- You have a degree in a technical or scientific field, such as process engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, plastics engineering, biotechnology, or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in product management, application engineering, or technical sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You are familiar with aseptic manufacturing, GMP, EU-GMP Annex 1 and common sterilization methods.
- Ideally, you have experience with single-use systems, validation and sterile barriers.
- You have a technical understanding of plastics, films and welding and sealing technology.
- You are a strong communicator, customer-focused and work in a structured and independent way.
- You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel approximately 30% of the time.
