Organizational management of national and international plant projects for the pharmaceutical industry
Representation of the company to customers
Preparation of quotations, project, cost, progress and risk controlling, reporting, scheduling and quality management

Very high technical understanding in the field of plant engineering
Excellent negotiating skills in price and contract negotiations, professional negotiation skills
Knowledge of the relevant guidelines and regulations for pharmaceutical plants such as GMP, clean room and containment requirements is an advantage
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ideally, professional experience as a project manager in the field of pharmaceutical plants
Willingness to travel and openness to international cultural and business practices
Flexibility and enjoyment of teamwork
Ability to inspire employees
Willingness to travel at home and abroad
