The innovative pharmaceutical technology company castus is a leading global supplier of transfer systems for sterile and rapid loading and unloading of isolators and manufacturer of stopper and cap handling systems.
Our transfer solutions are used in isolators to ensure the sterile production of pharmaceuticals. At our site in Ochsenhausen in southern Germany our main products are developed, produced and assembled - thanks to our approximately 70 employees who support us every day.

This will make you grow:
- You will be independently responsible for managing and supporting exciting projects in the field of pharmaceutical plants and equipment, from customer enquiries and quotation preparation to commissioning.
- You will be the technical contact person for our (inter)national customers, with a focus on consulting and solution finding.
- You will be responsible for process engineering dimensioning in close cooperation with sales, design, manufacturing and automation.
- You will be actively involved in the organization and implementation of FAT & SAT – including GMP qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ).
- You will also be actively involved in development and innovation projects.
This will move us forward:
- You have a degree in engineering, ideally with a focus on process engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering or mechanical engineering – or a comparable qualification.
- You have professional experience as a project manager, ideally in the field of pharmaceutical plant engineering.
- Knowledge of the relevant guidelines and regulations for pharmaceutical plants, such as GMP, clean room and containment requirements, is an advantage.
- You have a very careful, goal-oriented and team-oriented way of working with quick comprehension and a lot of initiative.
- You have very good German and English skills.
- You are willing to travel occasionally within the country and abroad and are open to international cultural and business customs.
